Announcement: Increase in Delivery Rates w.e.f 1st July 2022
Due to the escalation in fuel cost and COE of vehicles for the 6 last months, we would need to increase our delivery rates to provide a sustainable wage for our delivery partners. From 1st July 2022, documents to 10kg sizes will increase by $1 across all service types.
For above 10kg categories rates remain the same. There will also be an introduction of a $2 long-distance surcharge for collection to delivery above 18km. We remain committed to providing reliable delivery service and the rates revisions will support the better matching of drivers to your bookings.
