Since uParcel started in 2015, we’ve made many friends from cake shops, food manufacturers, legal firms, to clinics that help elderlies with medication replenishment. Often, these are introductions you have connected us to.
Heading into our decade of Same Day Delivery next year, we hope to formalise such ad-hoc introductions. Let us have a way to know who you’ve referred so we can credit you appropriately!
I hope to invite you on the uParcel Affiliate Programme. A little different from typical referrals, this is not a one-time voucher. Uniquely, you’ll continue to receive your token commissions for a continuous 6 months.

How To Get Started

Fill in the following form at https://forms.gle/3g9VHFmqXcqybGJ96.
(2. Non-SPX Drop-off point)
(a) YOU ARE CURRENTLY A UPARCEL CLIENT or AGENT
Step 1: Log into your account (both web or app)
Step 2: Go to "My Profile"
Step 3: Find your referral code under 'Referral code' section
Step 4: Pass the code to your network. During their sign up, type in your referral code.
(b) YOU ARE NEW TO UPARCEL
Step1: Sign up for a customer account at www.uparcel.sg
Step 2: View the above steps in (a) to get your referral code
Remember to get your referred parties to enter your code during their sign up, so that the system can account it to you. Additionally, you can offer them 10% off their first booking using code: WELCOME10.
It's that simple.

Q: Can I join the affiliate programme with my Corporate customer account?
Yes! Both Individual and Corporate account types can qualify. It only depends on which account you wish to credit your commissions into.
Q: Can I join the affiliate programme with my agent account?
Yes!
Q: How long is the earning period?
You will be credited on all booking values of your referred for 6 months from their date of account creation.
Q: Is there any limit on the number of referrals?
No, there's no limit.
Q: Can I get existing uParcel users to switch to me?
No. Existing customers who created new accounts for entering referral codes will not qualify.
Q: How can I get users to input my referral code?
You can create social media content, engage in forums, or just by word of mouth to recommend your uParcel referral code.
Q: How do I know how much I earned from the referral?
You will receive a monthly statement for the previous month of usage by your referees.
Q: How do I get paid?
Payment will be made monthly to your account. Our finance will disburse the commission to you by the 15th of the following month.
