2% Commission Rebate for our Star Delivery Partners!

Hello Delivery Partners!

We know fuel cost is increasing and affecting your earnings. uParcel is here to support you like how you have supported our growth. We will be rebating 2% of the commission back to all delivery partners who have delivered more than 200 deliveries in the payout cycle. There is no cap on the rebates and start from the first delivery done in the cycle. 

Example: Tan has completed 200 deliveries from 1st - 15th April, earning total of $2000 (before commission of 20%). Tan’s take-home earnings is 80% x $2000 = $1,600. With the 2% rebate, he will now take home $40 more in the 1st - 15th April payout.

We are committed to supporting your well-being and hope by absorbing part of the fuel increase, we can move forward further together.  

As a uParcel delivery agent, you will be entitled to the rebate if you are able to: 

✅ Meet 200 deliveries every pay-out cycle​

✅ Maintain an agent rating of above 4.5 stars

How do I participate in the rebate? 

1) Download the uParcel app (Available on Android and IOS) 

2) Complete your profile and attain a 100% score on the agent quiz 

3) Navigate to the Jobs tab to start accepting jobs 

4) Complete at least 200 deliveries 

5) Maintain a 4.5 Star Rating 

How will I receive my rebates? 

Your rebate amount will be credited back to the bank account registered in your agent profile, along with your salary for completed jobs. 

TERMS & CONDITIONS 

1. Rebate period will run from 1st April 2022 till further notice (Weekends and public holidays included). 

2. Rebates are only given if the agent meets the stated criteria of 200 completed deliveries and 4.5 rating during each payment cycle. 

3. Rebates are credited back with each payment cycle. E.g. Jobs completed between 1st 

- 15th will be processed between the 22nd - 24th and jobs delivered between 16th - 31st will be processed between the 7th - 9th of the following month.  

4. No recurring job cancellations, late pickup/delivery or poor conduct. Drivers who fail to meet these requirements will be ineligible for the rebate. 

5. Applicable to all delivery agents delivering via van/car/bike 

6. Only applicable to delivery jobs completed before the end of the campaign. 

7. uParcel reserves the right to withdraw, amend and/or alter any part or the whole terms and conditions of this promotion at any time without giving any prior notice to the agents.
