We're the first same day delivery in Singapore.
2016Operations established in Singapore
In 60 days of launch, 700 agents signed up, and 100 parcels were delivered.

our beginningsThe founders of uParcel started out retailing luxury bags. During then, they were frustrated with the 3-5 days delivery taken to sort and shuttle deliveries, even though the items were already relatively close to the customers. They saw the opportunity to uPgrade the last mile standards. While the industry offered "Some Day" delivery, uParcel was started to make Same Day possible.
However, the founders soon realised why no one was offering same day delivery - it is so difficult. There were the complexities of price efficiencies, various behaviours of different kinds of parcels, drivers management, to routing of real-time requests. They faced criticisms from early users that uParcel was a scam, citing lack of drivers or delivery delays. However, the customers' critical feedback implied the value of same day delivery. This motivated the founders to build a better platform.
