How to set up Lazada Same Day Delivery?

  • Please contact Lazada's PSC Team to activate the Instant Delivery Service for your store.
  • After Instant Delivery Service has been whitelisted, you will be able to see uParcel part of your Shipping Provider. To view Shipping Providers under your store go to Lazada Seller Center > Settings > Shipping Provider

New Same Day Delivery Features Summary

  • Applicable in Singapore Nationwide and available in buyer apps if your warehouse address is within 30km from buyer address.
  • Product Weight and Dimension: measures 80cm or less on any side OR weighs 25kg and below
  • Orders clicked "Ready-To-Ship (RTS)" before 9PM will be picked and delivered on same day
  • Pickup by Instant Delivery Shipping Providers (uParcel) will be conducted from 1PM- 5PM (same day with order creation).
  • Track parcel location after handing it over to the rider via ASC - Logistic Status.

Default Authorized to Leave (ATL)

ATL is applicable to Same Day Delivery service for all perishable, fresh & frozen, chilled, flowers, and cake item deliveries. If the recipient is unavailable to receive the delivery, parcels containing these items will, by default, be left at a safe location at the recipient's address.

These items are strictly non-returnable due to concerns about food safety, hygiene, and the risk of spoilage. With Default ATL, parcels with these items delivered by uParcel will be securely left at a buyer's safe location.

IMPORTANT!

Sellers will be responsible for any risks and costs associated with the return of these items in the event of a failed delivery, including, but not limited to, inability to access the buyer's location, security limitations, etc.

What you need to do

  • Check your seller center every hour (between 7am - 11.30am on Monday - Saturday) for new Instants orders
  • Fulfill Instant orders same day by 12PM after receiving the order.
  • Click Ready-to-ship (RTS) before 12PM
  • Check your Air Waybill (AWB) and you may be assigned to uParcel.
    • Example of uParcel AWB :
    • To print Airway Bills (AWB) more efficiently based on your First Mile Shipping Provider and Delivery Service, go to Orders > To Pack > Delivery Type to view a drop-down list of your assigned shipping providers.
