Job Scope

We are seeking an Operations Assistant to support our logistics operations and ensure smooth coordination of shipments and inventory management.

Job Description: Your job scope will include but not limited to

  1. Coordinate shipments, including scheduling pickups, preparing shipping documentation, and tracking shipments
  2. Monitor inventory levels and manage inventory in accordance with company policies and procedures
  3. Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods, including monitoring shipment status and addressing any issues or delays
  4. Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory, and other logistics-related data
  5. Provide support to the logistics operations team as needed, including assisting with order fulfillment and managing customer inquiries
  6. Maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment, including conducting regular inventory counts and maintaining cleanliness and organization of the warehouse
  7. Communicate with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, carriers, and customers, to ensure smooth logistics operations

Familiar with the following technologies:

  1. Microsoft Office
  2. Logistics management software

Soft Skills and Knowledge:

  1. 1-2 years of experience in logistics or operations
  2. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  3. Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
  4. Knowledge of logistics processes and procedures, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
